Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – October 2024 – Sudhanshu Gawande has joined Zepto as the Associate Director Human Resources. In this new role, Sudhanshu will be responsible for leading HR strategies, talent management, employee engagement, and performance management to support Zepto’s rapid growth and dynamic workforce.
Sudhanshu brings over a decade of HR expertise to Zepto, having previously served as a Human Resource Manager for Analytics & Tech at Flipkart, where he managed HR initiatives for analytics and technology functions over a 10-month tenure. Earlier, he worked as a Human Resources Business Partner in Flipkart’s City Logistics Business for 3 years and 4 months, focusing on recruitment, employee development, and strategic HR solutions.
Prior to Flipkart, Sudhanshu was the Head of HR & Admin at Doka for 2 years and 1 month, where he directed HR operations and managed administrative functions. His earlier roles include HR Business Partner at Pidilite Industries Limited for 2 years, and HR Manager at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. for 3 years and 3 months, focusing on sales vertical HR operations.
