In this new role, she will spearhead people strategy, employee experience, and cultural development initiatives for the boutique legal firm known for its client-centric approach.
Prior to joining Danaher Moulton, Marnie George spent over seven years leading her own consultancy, MGC Legal Recruitment & HR Consulting, where she provided strategic human capital advisory and legal recruitment services to professional service firms. During this period, she also established herself as a Certified Coach specializing in neuroscience, NLP, and positive psychology-based methodologies, guiding professionals and leaders in unlocking their potential and enhancing performance.
Earlier in 2025, she took on a freelance role as Senior Recruitment Consultant with Elias Recruitment, a specialist legal recruitment agency. Her engagement focused on matching top-tier legal professionals with leading firms and institutions across Australia. This experience added to her already deep expertise in legal recruitment and professional services staffing.
Prior to that, Marnie served as People & Culture Manager at Transform Physio for nearly two years, where she played a pivotal role in talent development and employee engagement strategies. She also had a short stint as People & Performance Manager at Davies Collison Cave, a noted IP law firm in Melbourne.
With an earlier foundation built in HR management roles across Nowicki Carbone Lawyers (part of the Slater & Gordon group), Moore Stephens, Prosec Corporate Services, and Law Solutions, she gained comprehensive experience in employee relations, organizational design, and HR operations over a span of nearly two decades. Her career began as a Law Clerk, working across firms such as Hall & Wilcox, Meerkin Apel, Michael Rickards Solicitors, and Gadens Lawyers, giving her a strong grounding in the legal profession before transitioning into HR leadership.
