Gdańsk, Pomorskie, Poland, December 2025 — Marta Siudak-Duszyńska has been appointed as Head of People & Culture Operations Poland at Kemira. In this expanded leadership role, she will continue strengthening Poland’s people operations agenda while building on her growing impact across digital HR, data governance, employer branding, and capability development.
Marta Siudak-Duszyńska has built a strong near nine-year journey at Kemira, progressing through increasingly strategic roles within the organization’s people function. Her recent appointment as Head of People & Culture Operations Poland / People & Culture Manager Poland reflects both her local leadership in Gdańsk and her contributions to broader regional and global HR transformation priorities.
Over the past nearly two years, she has played a key role at Kemira Gdańsk as People & Culture Senior Specialist / HR Generalist and later People & Culture Manager, taking ownership of critical initiatives spanning employer branding, learning & development, and cross-stakeholder HR delivery. Her scope has also supported global and EMEA priorities, including digitalization and AI implementation in HR, data privacy procedures, contributions to SuccessFactors enablement, and involvement in ESG reporting.
Earlier in her Kemira tenure, she served for roughly one and a half years as Manager, Digital HR & Workplace Development (interim replacement) in Gdańsk, focusing on global people-process digital solutions, HR data management, workforce tools, analytics, and platform administration. This phase appears to have strengthened her foundation in HR technology, governance, and scalable service delivery.
Alongside her corporate roles, she has maintained a long-standing independent practice as a Certyfikowany Action Learning Coach (WIAL) and career/development advisor for around nine years across Gdynia and Gdańsk, supporting individuals and organizations with structured development, coaching, and return-to-work activation initiatives.
Before joining Kemira, she spent close to five years with Wydawnictwo Pedagogiczne Operon in Gdynia, serving as HR Manager and Project Manager, which likely shaped her early depth in HR fundamentals, employee lifecycle processes, and project-led organizational improvement.
