Pasadena, Texas, United States, July 2025 – Martha Chapman has been promoted to Vice President Human Resources at The Colt Group, a leading provider of online leak sealing and repair services. In this elevated role, Martha will lead company-wide HR strategy and execution, focusing on talent development, workforce optimization, and enhancing organizational effectiveness to support the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Martha has been with The Colt Group for over three years, previously serving as Human Resources Director. During this time, she was instrumental in strengthening HR operations and aligning people practices with business strategy at the company’s Pasadena, Texas headquarters.
Prior to her tenure at Colt, she spent over six years at Gagemaker, where she held progressive leadership roles including Vice President Human Resources, and later, Executive Vice President & Managing Director. In these roles, Martha led a broad range of organizational initiatives, including HR transformation, strategic leadership, and operational oversight.
Before Gagemaker, she worked at Flow-Zone as a Human Resources Generalist, and earlier served as a Recruiter at Zachry Group. She began her HR career at Ameraflex Sealing Products, and also held a customer-facing leadership position at Wells Fargo as a Licensed Banker, which provided her with a solid foundation in people management and client service.
