Texas, United States, November 2025 — Mary Joseph Miller has stepped into a key executive leadership role as Chief Marketing Officer at KLDiscovery, bringing decades of global experience in product marketing, enterprise go-to-market strategy, commercialization, and category leadership across some of the world’s most recognized technology and enterprise software organizations. In her new role, she will lead the global marketing strategy to strengthen market positioning, scale product visibility, and support enterprise growth across KLDiscovery’s global ecosystem.
Before joining KLDiscovery, Mary served at Demandbase as Vice President, Global Product Marketing, where she led product and portfolio marketing, analyst relations, and competitive intelligence, strengthening the brand’s customer messaging architecture and go-to-market alignment. Prior to Demandbase, she spent nearly four years at Bazaarvoice as Vice President Product Marketing, leading market expansion and defining customer-centric messaging frameworks supporting product adoption and enterprise growth.
Earlier in her career, Mary spent more than four years at Indeed.com, where she held a series of leadership roles including Director, Enterprise Globalization, Programs and Operations, Director, Global Enterprise Marketing, and Director, Global Product Marketing. During her tenure, she led major global initiatives including the launch of Indeed’s first e-learning Academy, enterprise lifecycle programs, and account-based marketing engines while leading global teams across the US, Europe, and Asia and supporting enterprise-level growth and brand evolution.
Prior to Indeed, Mary held senior product marketing leadership roles at Khoros (Mass Relevance/Spredfast) and Lifesize (formerly part of Logitech), leading global product launches, marketing transformation, and analyst and media positioning. Her earlier work at Dell, where she served as Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Global Product Planning Manager, and Global Product Marketing Manager, further strengthened her expertise in product storytelling, commercialization, and technology innovation. Her earlier foundational experience includes leadership roles at Microsoft, Portal Software, Partnerware Technologies, IBM Tivoli Systems, and Trilogy, where she developed expertise across business development, alliance strategy, product positioning, and global go-to-market execution.
Mary holds an MBA in Technology Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
