Extensive Leadership Background:
Prior to joining Paychex, Argiropoulos made significant contributions as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at UnitedLex Corporation, where he served from October 2018 to May 2024. During his tenure, he played a critical role in shaping the company’s HR strategies, enhancing organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
Before UnitedLex, Argiropoulos was the Chief Human Resources Officer at iQor from January 2012 to October 2018. In this role, he led a comprehensive overhaul of the HR department, integrating advanced analytics and talent management practices that dramatically improved operational efficiencies and employee engagement.
At iQor, his journey included several senior roles, progressing from Vice President of Talent to Senior Vice President of Analytics, where he developed key insights that drove business strategy and growth.
Argiropoulos’s career also included a significant tenure at Capital One Financial, where he held the position of Group Manager from June 1999 to July 2005. His efforts there were focused on pioneering talent acquisition strategies and business development, which laid the groundwork for his later successes in the HR field.
