Matt Easley’s career at Douglas & Gordon spans nearly 12 years, marked by a steadfast dedication to enhancing technological capabilities within the firm. As Head of IT since November 2012, Matt was instrumental in developing bespoke business software crucial for integrating the Douglas & Gordon website with third-party applications. His efforts have significantly boosted operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Before his tenure at Douglas & Gordon, Matt served as the Systems Development Manager at Anagram Systems Ltd, where he managed both support and development teams from 2002 to 2012. This role involved high-level project management from conception to delivery, ensuring top-quality software solutions and system architecture.
Earlier, Matt gained diverse experience as an independent consultant and in development roles at prestigious firms like Citibank Global Asset Management and Lloyds Register, enhancing his expertise in software development and system management.
