Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, August 2024 – Matthew Tarshis has taken on the role of Director of Human Resources at Ecosave, bringing his extensive experience in HR management to the global leader in energy solutions. In his new position, Matthew will lead HR initiatives that align with Ecosave’s mission to provide innovative energy-saving services across the United States.
Before stepping into his current role, Matthew served as Human Resources Manager at Ecosave for two years, where he established and ran a solo HR department, managing everything from payroll to recruitment for the rapidly growing energy solutions firm.
Prior to joining Ecosave, Matthew worked at Kevin Smith Transportation Group as an HR Consultant/Driver/Dispatcher for nearly five years, where he provided HR consultation services while supporting the company in various operational roles.
Matthew also contributed to the development of HR infrastructure as Manager – Employee Experience at Open World Events, where he was responsible for creating HR policies, managing benefits, and guiding the company through its closure.
Earlier in his career, Matthew held significant HR leadership roles, including Division Human Resources Manager at hhgregg and Divisional HR Manager at Tire Kingdom, where he provided HR support and consultation to large regional retail operations.
