Mayrov Baru was previously the Chief Human Resources Officer at MerchantE for over four years. During this tenure, Mayrov led M&A strategy, global integration, and HR transformation efforts, implementing talent strategies that reduced turnover rates and streamlined onboarding processes. Mayrov played a crucial role in operational expansion, saving substantial costs through benefits optimization and performance management improvements.

Before joining MerchantE, Mayrov served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Priority Technology Holdings, where he drove M&A integration and talent strategies for multiple entities across the U.S. He was instrumental in launching an Employee Pulse program to boost engagement and retention, resulting in improved attrition rates and employee satisfaction.

Earlier in his career, Mayrov was Vice President of Human Resources at Vanco Payment Solutions, where he led the integration of Veracity Payment Solutions with Vanco Payments. Mayrov’s leadership in team-building, performance management, and cultural integration was key to reducing turnover and improving employee engagement during the merger.

Mayrov’s HR journey began as Director of Human Resources at LMS Intellibound, Inc., where he transformed HR practices to drive business growth. He then moved on to various senior HR roles, showcasing a strong focus on strategic HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development across industries.
