Aspen, Colorado, United States, February 2025 – Meagan Hearns has been promoted to Senior Director, Human Resources at Aspen One, where she will lead policy and compliance, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and corporate employee relations. With a focus on fostering an inclusive workplace and leveraging data-driven strategies, Meagan will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness within the company.
Meagan has been with Aspen One for over a year, previously serving as Director of Human Resources, Policy and Compliance, where she played a critical role in HR policy development, compliance frameworks, and strategic workforce planning. Before joining Aspen One, she spent nearly two years as Director of Human Resources for Aspen Skiing Company & ASPENX, where she provided HR leadership across multiple business divisions, implemented HRIS systems, and led key recruitment initiatives.
Prior to her tenure at Aspen, Meagan spent nearly five years at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua, serving as Director of Human Resources. In this role, she led employee engagement programs, compensation benchmarking, and workforce development for a five-diamond resort with over 700 employees.
Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles at Marriott International and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where she specialized in labor relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
