ZURICH, Switzerland, June 14, 2024 — IDAK Food Group is pleased to announce that Alexandra Kormalis has joined the Group as Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer and Member of the Executive Board at the beginning of June. She brings broad national and international experience in the food industry, especially in the areas of marketing, sales, and business development. Previously, she held various commercial and strategic roles at Mondelez, Kraft Foods, and Cadbury, among others.

At the same time, Doris Hämmerli, who previously served as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, has taken over the newly created position of Group Chief People Officer (CPO). In this role, she will drive forward the personnel strategy and organizational development of the IDAK Group in close dialogue with all relevant stakeholder groups and will be responsible for strategic initiatives in the areas of organizational design, group-wide cooperation, cultural development, change management, and leadership support.
