Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 – Meenakshi Bansal has started a new position as AVP – Human Capital at KKR, a leading global investment firm offering alternative asset management, capital markets, and insurance solutions. In her new role, Meenakshi Bansal will contribute to strengthening human capital strategy, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and people processes aligned with KKR’s long-term growth and investment objectives.
In her most recent role prior to this appointment, Meenakshi Bansal served as Manager – Human Capital at KKR, where she spent close to three years driving recruitment strategy, stakeholder engagement, offer management, internal mobility programs, and recruitment process optimization. Her work supported the scaling of teams and strengthening of structured hiring and people processes across the organization.
Before joining KKR, Meenakshi Bansal built strong experience at Coursera, where she worked for about two years as a Corporate Recruiter. During this period, she played a key role in establishing business and technology teams, driving diversity hiring initiatives, improving cost efficiencies by reducing vendor dependency, and streamlining referral programs, internal mobility, and recruitment dashboards. Her contributions significantly strengthened Coursera’s recruitment infrastructure in India.
Earlier in her career, Meenakshi Bansal was associated with Blackstone at its Centre of Excellence, where she worked for over two years as a Senior Recruiter. She handled recruitment across business and technology domains, partnered with senior global stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and Americas, supported talent acquisition frameworks, onboarding, HRIS management, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives. This phase added strong global exposure to her HR leadership profile.
In the initial phase of her career, Meenakshi Bansal also held HR and talent acquisition roles with TeamLease Services and ZS Associates, where she built foundational expertise in strategic sourcing, campus recruitment, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management for corporate and professional services clients.
Meenakshi Bansal holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Bharati Vidyapeeth, which laid the academic foundation for her career in human capital and talent leadership. pasted
