San Jose, California, United States, September 2025 — Megan Barbier has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Xactly Corp, where she will lead global HR strategy to support Xactly’s mission of driving intelligent, sustainable revenue growth through AI-powered solutions. With over two decades of senior HR leadership experience across technology, SaaS, healthcare, and integration platforms, Megan brings a people-first, growth-centric approach to her new role.
Prior to joining Xactly, Megan served as CHRO at Boomi, where she led HR transformation for the private equity-backed IPaaS firm, overseeing end-to-end HR operations, talent strategy, and ESG programs. Before that, she held the role of Global VP, People & Culture at Jumio Corporation, guiding HR initiatives across digital identity and fraud prevention functions.
Earlier in her career, Megan was Vice President of HR & People Operations at Wrike, where she built and scaled global HR teams across the US, EMEA, and APAC. She also held leadership positions at Bosch USA, Health Hero Network, and AltoWeb, and founded Megan Barbier Consulting to advise organizations on people strategy, leadership development, and transformation.
Megan holds an MBA in HR Strategy & Organizational Behavior from Loyola Marymount University. She is a Founding Executive Member of Wednesday Women, a member of Chief, and a contributing author to Forbes HR Council, where she shares thought leadership on organizational culture and HR innovation.
