Des Moines, Iowa, United States – October 2024 – Megan Burke Lamfers has been appointed as the Director of Talent Acquisition at F&G, where she will lead recruitment strategies, drive talent acquisition initiatives, and support the company’s growth across all functions.
Prior to her appointment as Director of Talent Acquisition, Megan Burke Lamfers served as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at F&G for about eight months. In this role, she was responsible for leading the recruitment process, implementing strategic hiring initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Earlier, she held the role of Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at F&G for approximately one year. Megan focused on optimizing the talent acquisition process, enhancing hiring efficiencies, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill workforce requirements across various departments.
Before her lead role, Megan was a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (IT) at F&G, where she managed end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. During her tenure, she successfully identified and attracted top talent to support F&G’s technology and innovation initiatives. She previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner (IT) at F&G, where she established effective sourcing strategies for IT-related positions, helping build a strong technical talent pipeline.
Before joining F&G, Megan worked as a Business Development Executive at Gartner for nearly nine months. In this role, she partnered with executives and IT leaders to drive digital transformation, optimize costs, and mitigate risks. She also served as a Talent Acquisition Partner for IT at Hertz, where she managed the recruiting lifecycle for various roles in HR, sales, and communications.
