Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) has elevated Megha Negi to the role of General Manager – Talent Acquisition, marking a key leadership move within the company’s people function as it continues to strengthen its talent strategy across critical hiring priorities.
In her new role, Megha Negi will lead talent acquisition initiatives for Vodafone Idea, building on her existing responsibilities within the organization. She has been associated with the company for over four years and most recently served as AGM and Lead – Talent Acquisition (Corporate HR), based in Delhi, where she supported corporate hiring mandates and leadership recruitment. Her experience also includes broader responsibilities spanning leadership hiring and capability-focused talent support within Vi.
Prior to joining Vodafone Idea, Megha worked as an Independent Consultant, supporting mid-to-senior and leadership hiring across sectors including non-IT roles in manufacturing, BFSI, FMCG, QSR, and startups. She also took a maternity break, a phase she described as a period of personal growth.
Earlier in her career, she handled PAN India hiring for Hilti Manufacturing India, where she partnered with leadership teams on critical roles, strengthened pipeline creation, supported campus recruitment initiatives, and contributed to talent acquisition strategy and process development.
Megha also served in the Chairman’s Office – Talent Acquisition (Corporate HR) at Larsen & Toubro, working closely with business leaders on leadership mandates, headhunting, and restructuring hiring plans, including CXO-level closures. She has additionally worked as an HRBP at Zribble, and earlier as a Human Resources Specialist (HRBP) at Hilti India Private Limited, covering multiple HR processes alongside talent acquisition and people strategy.
