Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 — DAEWOO India has announced the appointment of Megha Saxena as its new Senior Manager – HR. With more than a decade of experience in human resources management, Megha brings extensive expertise in building people strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and driving HR transformations across diverse industries.
Prior to joining DAEWOO India, Megha spent over four years at Tesla Power USA, where she rose to the role of Senior Human Resources Manager. In this position, she led HR functions at a national level, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development, and played a vital role in supporting the company’s expansion in India.
Before Tesla Power, Megha worked at Creative Group LLP in New Delhi as HR Manager for nearly four years. She contributed to streamlining HR processes and enhancing workforce engagement in a design and consultancy environment.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership positions with Madhyam.com and SoftAge Information Technology Limited, where she was instrumental in managing talent operations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives, laying the foundation for her strong HR expertise.
