Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Meghan Nandgaonkar has been appointed as the Head of Technology, Risk and Resilience for the Global Delivery Unit at Fujitsu, assuming dual responsibilities as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). In his expanded role, he will lead global enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity governance, and resilience planning across Fujitsu’s delivery operations worldwide.
This appointment marks a key milestone in Meghan’s 15-year tenure with Fujitsu, where he has held various leadership positions including Deputy CIO, Head of Risk and Resilience, and Director – IT at Fujitsu Consulting India. His contributions have been instrumental in shaping digital enablement, enterprise-wide risk frameworks, and resilient infrastructure systems within the company.
Bringing nearly three decades of experience in IT and business transformation, Meghan previously held senior roles at HCLTech, where he managed Siebel CRM delivery for key accounts, and at Rapidigm and Tata Infotech, where he was involved in custom CRM and enterprise application development. His work has spanned Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics platforms, contributing to his reputation as a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in risk and resilience.
Meghan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus and an MBA in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University, further reinforcing his business acumen and leadership capabilities as he steps into this critical global leadership role at Fujitsu.
