Jacksonville, Florida, United States, September 2024 – Melissa Finocchio has joined Fortegra as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. In this role, Melissa will oversee the company’s talent acquisition strategies, lead recruitment initiatives, and develop talent pipelines to meet the company’s evolving workforce needs.
Before joining Fortegra, Melissa Finocchio spent four years at PIMCO as Vice President, Talent Acquisition, where she managed the recruitment process for Legal and Compliance roles. Melissa also supported the recruitment efforts for sales, marketing, and HR roles, serving as a strategic partner to the business in driving end-to-end recruitment processes.
At Russell Investments, Melissa was a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for over two years, where she was responsible for recruiting talent for US and Canadian Advisory and Intermediary Solutions, US Institutional Business, and Global Marketing.
Prior to that, Melissa spent over six years at U.S. Bank, where she led talent acquisition efforts for Wealth Management and Securities Services. She developed recruitment strategies, built strong relationships with senior leadership, and successfully led projects such as the Military Recruitment initiative and the Women Advisors strategy.
Earlier in her career, Melissa worked at ManpowerGroup as a Senior RPO Recruiter, where she recruited for a wide range of Fortune 500 clients, including Russell Investments, Starbucks, and Wells Fargo.
