London, United Kingdom, December 2025 – Melissa Santos has been appointed as the new Head of Talent & People Operations at infinitSpace, a tech-enabled flexible workspace company revolutionizing the office experience for landlords and occupiers. In this role, Melissa will lead global talent strategy, operational HR excellence, and employee engagement efforts across the growing international footprint of infinitSpace.
Her appointment reflects the company’s strong commitment to building a dynamic, people-first culture and advancing its flexible workspace operating model by integrating both technology and community.
Before joining infinitSpace, Melissa Santos served in multiple impactful roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where over a five-year tenure, she drove region build recruitment, managed startup hiring projects, led the Families@Amazon UK Employee Leadership Group, and spearheaded talent coordination across multiple business units. Her work helped AWS scale its teams in emerging markets while building inclusive talent programs.
Prior to AWS, Melissa was Talent Acquisition Manager at Alinea Talent, where she supported clients like A Million Ads. She previously spent over three years at WeWork, rising from People & TA Project Manager to Manager, Talent Operations & Programmes (EMEA). Her time at WeWork equipped her with deep expertise in talent operations, candidate experience, and building scalable people systems across Europe and Australia.
Earlier in her career, she held HR and recruitment roles at Xcede, Appco UK, and even explored creative avenues as a professional photographer aboard P&O Cruises. With experience spanning startups, scale-ups, and global enterprises, Melissa brings a rare blend of agility, structure, and global perspective to her new leadership role.
