Mert Amcaoglu has been with Bark.com for over two years, serving in progressively senior roles within the talent acquisition domain. Prior to his current role, he was the People and Talent Manager – Tech, where he played a key role in scaling the company’s engineering and technical hiring efforts. Earlier, he served as a Senior Talent Partner – Engineering, leading recruitment strategies for technology and product teams.

Before joining Bark.com, Mert was a Talent Partner – Engineering at Gousto, where he specialized in engineering, data, and AI recruitment. His earlier experience includes six years at Halian GmbH, where he progressed from Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Recruitment to Principal Tech Recruitment – UK & EMEA, focusing on placing engineering and data professionals across startups and scale-ups.
