Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2025 – Meydhavi G. has been appointed as the Global Human Resources Director – Digital Buildings Business at Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation. In her new role, she will lead global HR strategy and transformation for Schneider’s Digital Buildings vertical, aligning talent, culture, and digital innovation with the company’s ambitious global growth goals.
Prior to her current role, Meydhavi served as Sr. GM – HR Transformation, M&A at Schneider Electric, where she drove key strategic projects including organizational redesign and post-merger integration across multiple geographies. Her contributions established her as a key leader in driving change and elevating talent practices on a global scale.

Before joining Schneider, she held the position of GM – HR B2B for Signify, managing HR operations across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal. She was also the regional lead for Talent Management, playing a critical role in shaping people practices for high-growth B2B markets.
Earlier, Meydhavi was with VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (a JV between Volvo Group and Eicher Motors) where she led HR business partnering for the national sales function and spearheaded large-scale transformation projects. Her efforts contributed to cultural alignment and business readiness during a phase of organizational restructuring.
She has also held leadership roles at Honeywell International India Pvt. Ltd. and Baxter India, where she specialized in compensation and benefits across the Asia Pacific region and contributed to global HR operations. Meydhavi began her career in the prestigious Tata Human Resource Leadership Development Program (TAS HR), where she managed high-impact HR projects across Tata group companies.
