Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, November 2025 — Mia Lentini has been appointed as Director, Organisational Development & Talent at Tennis Australia, where she will lead the organisation’s talent strategy, leadership development, and culture transformation initiatives. With a deep commitment to empowering people and enabling growth, Mia brings extensive experience in organisational development, HR business partnering, and capability building across diverse sectors in Australia and the United States.
Mia joined Tennis Australia as a People Partner, where she worked closely with business leaders to strengthen talent pipelines, enhance employee engagement, and implement people-centric solutions. Her ability to align people development with organisational strategy has led to impactful programs that drive performance, collaboration, and inclusion across teams.
Before joining Tennis Australia, Mia spent nearly five years at Invetech, serving first as HR Business Partner – Australia, and later as HR Manager & US Region Lead, based in Boston. She played a pivotal role in driving strategic people initiatives across both geographies, supporting business growth through talent development, leadership capability enhancement, and culture evolution. Her work with Dover Motion, a subsidiary business within the group, showcased her ability to partner with senior leaders to create high-performing teams and deliver transformational outcomes.
Earlier, Mia worked with Karndean Designflooring AU/NZ as Human Resources Business Partner, where she designed and rolled out innovative wellness, engagement, and recognition programs. Her leadership helped the company earn recognition in workplace safety and employee engagement. Prior to this, she held HR and recruitment roles at Chandler Macleod, Ready Talent, and Melbourne’s Leading Nanny Agency, where she strengthened her foundations in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee development.
Since 2012, Mia has also run her independent practice, IVY, as a Career Coach & Development Consultant, where she has mentored professionals at all levels—from students to senior leaders—helping them unlock their potential through bespoke career planning, capability building, and personal growth strategies. Her passion for problem-solving and enabling success continues to define her professional philosophy.
