In this pivotal role, Siddharth will spearhead operational strategies, drive innovation, and lead initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence across its diverse portfolio, including tobacco and confectionery.
Siddharth brings over two decades of extensive experience in driving growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation across industries. Most recently, he served as the Chief Growth Officer at Pharmarack, where he led the company’s mission to digitally transform the pharmaceutical industry. His leadership saw the successful merger of Pharmarack and AWACS, along with the expansion of marketing strategies, sales, and operations for a network of over 800 field team members.

Prior to that, Siddharth served as Business Head at udaan.com, overseeing the Electronics, Lifestyle, and General Merchandise segments. He implemented transformative business strategies, scaling operations by 100% and establishing leadership across multiple verticals.
Siddharth’s tenure at ITC Limited, spanning 18 years, saw him in roles such as Business Head for North India, where he led teams across multiple business domains, including FMCG and Cigarettes. Under his leadership, ITC achieved significant market share growth and successfully navigated industry challenges. Earlier roles included brand management for Sunfeast Biscuits, where he played a key role in launching new product lines and driving market leadership.
