He also held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at jüSTa Hotels & Resorts and Team Hotels and Resorts Pvt. During his eight-year tenure at Jaypee Hotels & Resorts, Vaibhav rose to the rank of Vice President of Sales, where he played a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, and expanding market share. Earlier in his career, he contributed to the hospitality industry in roles with organizations like JHM Interstate Hotels, Fortune Park Hotels Ltd., and Accor Hotels, honing his expertise in marketing, business development, and operational management.
Vaibhav also brings entrepreneurial insights from his stint as a Partner at Marketing Insights, a firm specializing in hospitality sales and marketing solutions, further enriching his leadership capabilities.
