Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, July 2024 – Mica Duncalfe has started a new position as the Chief People Officer at Lander & Rogers. In her new role, Mica will report to the Chief Executive Partner and partner with the Partners and C-Suite to lead the national People team. She will focus on delivering Lander’s vision to create and maintain the best Australian law firm experience for its clients, people, and communities.
Mica Duncalfe joins Lander & Rogers from Integral Diagnostics (IDX), where she served as the Chief People Officer. During her tenure at IDX, Mica worked as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and a trusted partner to the CEO, navigating the business through significant growth and transformation. She was responsible for developing and implementing the people strategy to deliver business integration and cultural change within a dynamic operating environment.
Before her role at IDX, Mica held the position of HR Manager – Gaming at Crown Melbourne Limited. She reported to the Executive General Manager of Human Resources and the Executive General Manager of both Table Games and Gaming Machines, partnering with the Gaming business to develop and deliver people programs aligned to corporate objectives.
Prior to Crown Melbourne Limited, Mica was the Director of Human Resources at RSM Australia. In this role, she worked as a trusted partner to the Executive team to develop and execute people and culture strategy during a period of growth and transformation for RSM Australia.
Earlier in her career, Mica gained valuable experience in various HR roles at companies such as Toyota Tsusho Australasia, Arcadia Group Ltd (Topshop/Warehouse/Miss Selfridge), and Chubb Insurance Company of Europe. Her extensive background in HR and organizational development has equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in managing people and culture across different industries.
