Celle, Lower Saxony, Germany, September 2025 – Michaela Haschke has joined Lebenshilfe Celle gGmbH as Head of Human Resources, bringing with her over three decades of progressive HR leadership and operational excellence. In her new role, Michaela will lead all HR functions across the organization’s diverse social and educational service offerings, ensuring the strategic alignment of people practices with the company’s mission to support inclusive living and social participation.
Before joining Lebenshilfe Celle gGmbH, Michaela Haschke spent 17 years at Kelvion PHE GmbH, where she most recently served as Director Human Resources. In this leadership position, she was responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies, policies, and frameworks to support organizational growth and transformation.
Prior to that, she held the role of HR Business Partner BU PHE, where she supported business unit leaders with people strategy, talent development, and organizational alignment. Her earlier tenure at Kelvion included over nine years as a Human Resources Specialist, where she gained extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and operational HR processes.
Earlier in her career, Michaela worked at Thomson for 14 years, where she served in various HR capacities. During this time, she built a strong foundation in core HR functions, contributing to workforce planning, employee engagement, and internal HR operations. Her long-standing commitment to people-centric HR practices has shaped her as a compassionate, strategic, and effective leader.
