Madhurya Hariharan Joins Lennox India Technology Centre as Director of Human Resources

Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, November 2025 – Lennox India Technology Centre (LITC), the engineering and technology arm of Lennox International, has announced the appointment of Madhurya Hariharan as Director of Human Resources, where she will lead the People and Talent functions. In her new role, Madhurya will spearhead strategic HR initiatives, leadership development, and capability-building programs that align with Lennox’s global mission of delivering innovative, energy-efficient climate control solutions.

Before joining Lennox India Technology Centre, Madhurya was part of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for over seven years, where she held multiple global HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Head of Talent Development for North America, based in Houston, Texas, leading large-scale learning and leadership initiatives across the company’s largest market. Her work focused on building future-ready talent pipelines, driving cultural transformation, and integrating continuous learning into business strategy.

Prior to that, she served as Head of HR for the TCS Microsoft Business Unit, overseeing people strategy for one of TCS’s most strategic global alliances. Her tenure in this role was marked by strong partnerships between technology and people strategy, shaping a high-performance, collaborative culture that empowered over 10,000 professionals worldwide.

Earlier in her TCS career, Madhurya held significant roles in HR Business Consulting, People Transition for Inorganic Growth Deals, and International Sourcing and Shared Services (Talent Acquisition), where she managed cross-border workforce integration, mergers, and global hiring initiatives. Her work included engagement with Fortune 500 clients and complex multi-geography transformation projects.

Her career began in Talent Acquisition at TCS, where she helped build global recruitment strategies for niche technology domains. Over the past 15 years, Madhurya has developed a deep expertise in leadership development, business transformation, and global HR operations, making her a respected voice in the HR community.
