New York, United States, February 2026 — Michele Chase has started a new position as Chief Talent Officer at Omnicom Health, where she will lead global talent strategy for the healthcare communications network. In this role, she is responsible for strengthening leadership pipelines, advancing organizational culture, and driving people strategies that support Omnicom Health’s continued global growth.
Prior to joining Omnicom Health, Michele Chase served as Global Executive Director – People, Corporate and Investment at GroupM, where she contributed to enterprise people strategy at the global level. Before that, she worked as a Principal HR Consultant at WBR Consulting, advising startups and established organizations on employee relations, executive coaching, talent strategy, and recruitment. During this period, she coached senior leaders on complex workplace matters including conflict resolution, career mobility, and executive compensation.
Earlier in her career, Michele held senior global HR leadership roles at BCW Global and Burson-Marsteller, where she spent approximately a decade shaping large-scale international talent organizations. As Chief Talent Officer & Worldwide Managing Director at BCW Global, she played a central role in the merger of Burson-Marsteller and Cohn & Wolfe, overseeing global leadership restructuring and talent strategy for an organization of more than 4,000 employees across 75+ offices. She partnered closely with the global CEO and executive leadership on infrastructure redesign, policy harmonization, and change communications. She also served as Worldwide Managing Director, Human Resources at Burson-Marsteller, where she led executive talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives across dozens of global offices.
Michele’s broader career includes leadership roles at Teneo Holdings, Financial Dynamics, Wind-up Records, USA Networks, and IMG, where she built HR infrastructures, supported rapid organizational scaling, and strengthened talent and employee engagement programs. Across these roles, she developed a reputation for partnering closely with executive teams to align people strategy with business transformation and growth.
