Orem, Utah, United States, June 2024 – Michelle Hill has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Clyde Companies, Inc. With extensive experience in human capital management, executive development, and leadership, Michelle is set to lead the HR function, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and leadership development.
Michelle Hill has been with Clyde Companies, Inc. for nearly two years. Before her new role, she served as a Director for about one and a half years, where she showcased her leadership and teamwork skills.
Prior to joining Clyde Companies, Michelle spent almost a decade at WTW. She held several positions, including Senior Director, Health and Benefits Strategy for nearly two years, where she focused on account management, data analysis, healthcare, leadership, business process improvement, and strategic planning.
Michelle also served as the Senior Director of Client Service and Delivery for approximately two years, and as the Director of Client Services and Delivery for over three years. Her early roles at WTW included Associate Director, Client Service and Delivery and Senior Associate, Project Management.
Michelle began her career as an Operations Supervisor at WTW, bringing a strong foundation in operations management and human resources information systems (HRIS).
