Ashish Agarwal Elevated to Group Chief Financial Officer at Oasis Fertility & Oliva Skin Clinics

Hyderabad, Telangana, India, May 2025 – Ashish Agarwal has been promoted to the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at Oasis Fertility & Oliva Skin Clinics, both part of a private equity-backed healthcare platform supported by Kedaara Capital. In this expanded role, Ashish will spearhead financial leadership across both companies, partnering with the Group CEO and CXOs to drive growth, governance, and digital transformation.

As Group CFO, Ashish will oversee core finance, supply chain, secretarial and compliance functions, and enterprise-wide digital initiatives including ERP and enterprise reporting. His focus remains on enhancing financial oversight, business planning, and operational excellence across the organization.

Ashish joined Oasis Fertility in early 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, where he led financial strategy and transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and enterprise reporting. His contributions strengthened governance and enabled operational efficiencies across functions.

Prior to this, Ashish worked at Mondelēz International for nearly six years, holding multiple finance roles. As Commercial Finance Manager, he coordinated all finance operations for India’s traditional trade and export businesses and drove strategic growth and simplification initiatives. Earlier, as Procurement Finance Manager, he partnered with the commodity and forex team, managing a spend of approximately $600 million and developing financial tools to improve forecasting and analysis.

Ashish also spent over seven years at ITC Limited, where he held various roles including Category Finance Manager, Assistant Category Finance Manager, and Assistant Unit Financial Controller. His experience there ranged from managing large P&Ls and leading plant finance to implementing GST and supporting capital expenditure projects.

He began his career at PwC as an Associate – Assurance Department, where he conducted audits, tested internal controls, and supported financial reporting. He also interned at M.K. Kajedia & Co., gaining experience in internal audits and taxation.

He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership.
