She expressed her enthusiasm for contributing to Sandoz’s mission, stating, “I am eager to be a part of these exciting times at Sandoz —supporting our evolution as a standalone organization, enabling future-ready capabilities, and helping bring our People & Organization strategy to life across regions. Sandoz’s mission to pioneer access for patients deeply resonates with me, and I am energized by the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of work in an industry that impacts lives in such meaningful ways.”

Prior to joining Sandoz, Jayeeta spent nearly 11 years at Novartis, most recently as Executive Director – HR (Global Process & Solution Lead – Workday Implementation). In this role, she led the global deployment of Workday across 98 countries, delivering significant improvements in HR operations and process standardization.

Before that, she served as Director – HR (Global HR Business Partner) for Novartis Business Services, where she strengthened global talent pipelines, drove inclusive practices, and led strategic HR programs across five major contact centers worldwide.

Earlier, she was Director – HR (HR Head – Product Life-cycle Services) at the company’s Hyderabad Global Contact Center, where she implemented workforce strategies that improved retention, productivity, and leadership onboarding.

Her HR journey at Novartis began as Associate Director – HR (Sr. HRBP), where she enabled IT transformation efforts by integrating teams and enhancing operational transparency.

Prior to Novartis, Jayeeta worked with JPMorgan Chase as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, leading talent acquisition and leadership development across APMA Consumer Banking. She began her career with organizations such as Bank of America, Citibank, and Globsyn Technologies, where she built deep expertise in HR, wealth management, and marketing over a decade.
