Raleigh, North Carolina, United States, September 2025 — Michelle Ichiho has been appointed as Vice President of People Operations at Arosa, where she will oversee strategic HR initiatives, operational excellence, and employee engagement. In this role, she will focus on advancing workforce planning, strengthening organizational culture, and enhancing the employee experience across the organization’s multiple business units.
Michelle Ichiho has been with Arosa for over five years, steadily rising through the ranks. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of People Operations, where she played a critical role in leading organizational effectiveness, people programs, and compliance. Before that, she was Director of People Operations, driving HR systems, policies, and workforce initiatives that shaped Arosa’s people agenda.
Earlier in her career, Michelle spent more than eight years at 24 Hour Home Care, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Regional Director of Operations and General Manager. She led large cross-functional teams, drove performance improvement, and enhanced customer service delivery, winning several awards for her operational excellence.
Her career also includes early HR and management positions with Tilly’s, Limited Too, and Charlotte Russe, where she honed her skills in recruitment, training, compliance, and operations. These experiences gave her a solid foundation in people leadership and business performance.
