Hanover, Maryland, United States – November 2024 – Dragos, Inc. has appointed Mark M. as its new Chief Financial Officer. Bringing extensive expertise in financial strategy and operations, Mark will oversee all financial aspects of the company as it continues its mission to safeguard industrial infrastructure from cybersecurity threats.
Prior to joining Dragos, Inc., Mark served as Chief Financial Officer at Appian Corporation, where he managed financial strategy and accounting functions, including SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and financial planning. Mark’s tenure at Appian included a significant role as Chief Accounting Officer and an earlier role as SVP Global Corporate Controller, underscoring his impact on the company’s financial growth and operational excellence.
Before Appian, Mark was part of the MorganFranklin Consulting team, where he provided critical expertise in IPO readiness and M&A transaction support. His role focused on complex technical accounting transactions, equipping organizations for growth and strategic milestones.
Mark’s experience also includes his position as Global Director of Accounting Operations at NII Holdings, Inc., where he led a team of accounting professionals to ensure comprehensive and compliant global financial reporting. Earlier, he contributed to AOL as Senior Manager of Accounting Policy, establishing significant technical accounting guidelines.
Mark began his career in finance and auditing with EY as an Auditor, which laid the groundwork for his extensive experience in financial oversight and internal controls.
