Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, United States – November 2024 – Stephen Castles has taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer at North American Dental Group (NADG), a leading dental services organization committed to providing high-quality care across its extensive network of practices. In his new role, Stephen will lead NADG’s financial strategy and operations, contributing to the organization’s ongoing mission of delivering best-in-class dental care to every patient.
Prior to joining NADG, Stephen Castles served as Chief Financial Officer at Astra Service Partners, a PE-backed platform focused on managing heavy mechanical and HVAC businesses nationwide. During his time at Astra, he led finance and strategy initiatives, providing robust financial leadership to support company growth and operational excellence.
Stephen’s first tenure with North American Dental Group saw him in the Chief Financial Officer role from 2021 to 2023. In this position, he was instrumental in driving the financial strategy of the organization, which supports more than 230 affiliated dental practices. He also previously held the role of Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development, supporting NADG’s financial growth and corporate initiatives with a data-driven approach.
Earlier in his career, Stephen worked with Newstone Capital Partners, LLC as a Senior Associate, where he played a vital role in providing mezzanine capital to middle-market companies for leveraged buyouts and growth financings. This was preceded by his role at Prudential Private Capital as a Senior Investment Analyst, where he contributed to strategic investment analysis and portfolio management.
Stephen began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as an Associate, focusing on financial audits and assurance services. His extensive background in finance, capital management, and private equity makes him an asset to NADG’s leadership team as they continue to expand and refine their patient-focused approach.
