With over two decades of experience in financial leadership, Michelle brings a robust background in accounting, strategic planning, and business transformation across diverse industries including engineering, healthcare, and non-profits.
Before her appointment at Phoenix Crane Service, Michelle served as Senior Controller at the Georgia Dental Association, where she oversaw the financial management of the association and six of its subsidiaries. Prior to that, she held the position of Controller at MetroAtlanta Ambulance Service, managing accounting and payroll for a large-scale operation with over $200 million in revenue and 800 employees. Her expertise includes cash flow management, payroll oversight, and process automation.
Michelle also served as Corporate Controller at Engineered Solutions of Georgia, where she developed budgeting systems, financial models, and job costing strategies for engineering projects. Her earlier roles at ENERVEX Inc. and TAPPI further solidified her ability to lead financial turnarounds, implement internal controls, and communicate financial strategy to senior stakeholders and boards.
