Hannah has been with OVO for more than 11 years, where she has held a series of impactful leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Head of Talent Acquisition, leading OVO’s hiring efforts and shaping the company’s recruitment strategy. Before that, she was Co-Head of Talent Acquisition, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s employer brand and hiring capabilities.

Prior to her time at OVO, Hannah worked with ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™, a well-recognized recruitment firm, as a Consultant for Digital, Marketing, and Communications recruitment. Her role involved supporting clients across a wide portfolio of industries including financial services, consumer brands, energy, retail, media, and the third sector. She also began her journey at ADLIB as a Resourcer, gaining early exposure to the recruitment and talent management ecosystem.

Hannah also built her experience at Hays, where she worked in multiple recruitment and talent engagement roles. As a Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Engagement Partner (Contract), she managed graduate and placement campaigns nationwide. Earlier, during her placement year, she served as Internal Recruitment Partner and Trainee Recruitment Consultant C&P, where she recruited internally for finance and accountancy roles across London and the South West, laying the foundation of her career in talent acquisition.

Her new role at OVO positions her to leverage this extensive background in recruitment and people development to enhance OVO’s talent strategies, leadership programs, and performance frameworks, contributing to the company’s sustainability-driven mission.

About OVO

Founded in 2009, OVO Energy redesigned the energy experience to make it fair, effortless, green, and simple for all customers. Through its sustainability strategy, Plan Zero, OVO is tackling the climate crisis by committing to become a net zero carbon business and achieve science-based carbon reduction targets by 2035, while helping customers reduce their household emissions.

In addition, the OVO Foundation, its climate-focused charity, supports education and climate action projects across the UK to create a greener and brighter future for the next generation.
