In her new role, Jade will lead the firm’s global people strategy and talent acquisition initiatives, driving the growth of high-performance technical teams across markets.
At Deeplight, Jade will focus on building a world-class AI talent pipeline—sourcing and securing elite consultants worldwide who drive measurable client value. She will also play a key role in shaping strategic HR frameworks that enable innovation, collaboration, and scalable organizational growth. Her leadership will directly align Deeplight’s people strategy with the firm’s commercial success, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity within the rapidly evolving AI sector.
Jade Holliday brings nearly a decade of progressive experience in HR and talent acquisition, spanning diverse industries from recruitment and consulting to technology and financial services. Before joining Deeplight AI, Jade served as People Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Lead at Atom Bank, one of the UK’s leading digital banks, where she managed end-to-end hiring and employee engagement across multiple business units, helping shape Atom’s high-performing and people-first culture.
Earlier, she worked with Sopra Steria/Thomas Cook as Resourcing Specialist, where she led recruitment for graduate and specialized roles across IT, digital, marketing, and finance functions. Jade began her HR career with Mackenzie Brown Recruitment, operating within a 360 recruitment capacity across multiple sectors including construction, IT, engineering, and sales. Her early career with Bannatyne Fitness Limited saw her grow from Front of House roles to management, developing a strong foundation in people leadership and operational excellence.
Jade holds a degree in Business Studies from Leeds Beckett University, where she built her academic grounding in organizational management, human resources, and business strategy.
