South Carolina, United States, March 2025 – Mike Boggs has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Silfab Solar Inc., where he will oversee human capital strategy, workforce development, and leadership initiatives to support the company’s expanding operations in North America. With a proven track record in HR leadership, labor relations, and organizational transformation, he will play a key role in scaling Silfab’s workforce as it continues to expand solar manufacturing operations in the United States and Canada.
Before joining Silfab Solar, Mike was Senior Director, HRBP for Manufacturing & Greenfield Sites at Ford Motor Company, where he led strategic HR initiatives, talent planning, and workforce expansion for new manufacturing locations.
Prior to that, he spent nearly 11 years at Michelin, holding multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director of Employee and Labor Relations for North America, Country Managing Director for Mexico, and VP & Chief Administrative Officer for Central America. His extensive expertise spans HR strategy, industrial relations, workforce planning, and operational leadership across multiple countries.
Mike’s background in manufacturing, automotive, and industrial engineering has made him a dynamic HR leader, bridging business strategy with employee engagement and workforce transformation. His leadership will be instrumental in Silfab Solar’s mission to drive sustainable energy growth by building a skilled and engaged workforce.
