Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd has announced the appointment of Milind Tayde as Associate Director & Head – Employee Benefits and International Business. In this strategic leadership role, Milind will drive the growth of the Employee Benefits and International Business verticals, shaping market-responsive insurance solutions and strengthening the firm’s advisory capabilities for corporate clients. With a career spanning more than two decades across leading insurance and broking firms, he brings deep expertise in benefit design, P&L leadership, consulting transformation, and ecosystem partnerships.
Milind most recently served at Edme Insurance Brokers as Associate Director, where he led business development, consulting initiatives, and large corporate engagements in the Employee Benefits segment. His work included spearheading benefit audits, harmonization programs, and digital-enabled value enhancements for clients across industries.
Prior to that, he was Vice President at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he played a key role in strengthening Affinity and Bancassurance channels through data-driven customer segmentation, partner alignment, and distribution strategy optimization.
Milind’s longest tenure was with Marsh, where he served as Executive Vice President and led business development for multiple lines of commercial insurance including Property, Casualty, and Employee Benefits. He also headed the West region for the Marsh Affinity Practice, driving sustained revenue growth and scaling key client relationships.
Earlier in his career, Milind led the Employee Benefits Practice for Willis Towers Watson (WTW) across Mumbai and West India, where he managed full P&L responsibilities and built one of the most successful practice teams in the region. His formative experiences at Universal Sompo, Tata AIG, and IFFCO Tokio further shaped his foundation in commercial insurance, sales leadership, and branch expansion strategies.
Beyond corporate roles, Milind is a mentor and active contributor to the insurtech ecosystem, advising early-stage ventures on product innovation, customer experience design, and market entry strategy. His appointment underscores Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers’ commitment to strengthening its leadership bench and advancing its value proposition for corporates navigating a dynamic employee benefits landscape.
