Milissa Ronayne Appointed as Director Talent Management at Cenlar FSB

Pennsylvania, United States, March 2025 – Milissa Ronayne has joined Cenlar FSB as the new Director Talent Management. With extensive experience in talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational culture, Ronayne will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing Cenlar’s talent framework, driving employee engagement, and aligning workforce strategies with business objectives.

In her new role at Cenlar FSB, Ronayne will oversee talent management programs, including leadership training, succession planning, and performance management. She will collaborate closely with leadership to cultivate a culture that supports growth and development, ultimately reinforcing Cenlar’s reputation as a leading mortgage loan subservicer.

Prior to Cenlar, Ronayne was the Global Talent Management Manager at FMC Corporation, where she served as a strategic member of the Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE). At FMC, she successfully designed and implemented scalable talent development and leadership programs across more than 60 countries, influencing the performance and growth of a global workforce of 6,000 employees. Additionally, she co-led an enterprise-wide performance management redesign that significantly enhanced business alignment and workforce productivity.

Before joining FMC, Ronayne spent over eight years at Signant Health, most recently as Director Talent Management – Leadership Development & Tools. She spearheaded global initiatives, establishing foundational leadership development and coaching programs, and revamped the company’s global performance management system. Additionally, she created consistent onboarding processes and employee recognition programs, significantly boosting employee engagement and retention.

In earlier roles at Signant Health, she served as Director Human Resources and Associate Director, Human Resources, US, where she streamlined HR operations, managed U.S. employee relations, payroll, benefits, and regulatory compliance. Ronayne played a key role during a period of rapid organizational growth and integration following mergers and acquisitions.

Previously, she was an HR Manager at Marsh & McLennan Agency (Trion Group), providing strategic HR partnership to executive management during growth and acquisition phases. Ronayne also served as Senior HR Consultant at MidAtlantic Employers’ Association, leading consulting services and training initiatives for numerous regional employers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Her earlier experience includes HR Business Partner roles at VWR International (part of Avantor) and a diverse range of HR management and training positions at notable organizations such as DecisionOne Corp, Softmart, Alpha Shirt Company, QVC Inc., and ADP Brokerage Services. Ronayne has consistently demonstrated her expertise in leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness throughout her career.
