With a career spanning nearly two decades in talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and leadership development, Moe will oversee the firm’s talent management and acquisition strategies, ensuring the continued growth and excellence of its workforce.
Moe Ali has been with Kearney & Company for nearly five years, holding progressively senior roles in talent acquisition and resource management. Before stepping into his current role, he served as Director of Talent Acquisition and Resource Management, where he was instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent and enhance workforce planning. Prior to that, he was Director of Talent Acquisition, driving recruitment initiatives to support the company’s growing portfolio of government clients.
Before joining Kearney & Company, Moe spent nearly nine years at SAIC, where he held leadership roles in defense and intelligence sector talent acquisition. As Talent Acquisition Team Manager – Defense Systems Group, he managed the full lifecycle recruitment process for highly specialized and cleared professionals. He also served as a Senior Executive & Technical Recruiter, leading major contract awards and transition efforts for CONUS and OCONUS operations.
His expertise in talent strategy was further honed through leadership roles at DynCorp International, where he was an Operations Manager and Global Lead Recruiter (INSCOM), managing over 370 linguists for military intelligence teams. Earlier in his career, he held key recruiting positions at L3 Technologies, supporting classified and high-clearance hiring for defense, aerospace, and intelligence agencies.
