Before that, she was Vice President, People Business Partner at Optum, where she played a critical role in post-merger integration following Optum’s acquisition of Change Healthcare.

Denise also spent over five years at Change Healthcare, holding senior HR leadership roles, where she partnered with C-suite executives to develop talent strategies for the $3.2 billion integrated healthcare company.
