Cairo, Egypt, February 2026 – Mohamed Fandies has started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at BEAM, taking on the mandate to lead the Group’s people strategy across its regional manufacturing operations.
Mohamed joins BEAM with over a decade of senior HR leadership experience across industrial and manufacturing environments in Egypt and the Gulf region. Prior to this appointment, he served as Human Resources Director at El Mohandes for Trading & Manufacturing Chemicals, where he led HR operations and workforce strategy in Alexandria. Earlier, he held HR Director roles at A-part Auto and ECS – Energy and Contracting Solutions, strengthening organizational capability, workforce planning, and HR governance across complex business structures.
A significant part of his career was spent with Saint-Gobain, where he served as HR Director across UAE and KSA, and previously as HR Director at Saint-Gobain Glass Egypt. He also held the HR Director position at Electrolux Group in Cairo, further deepening his expertise in multinational manufacturing and industrial operations.
In his new role at BEAM, Mohamed is expected to align human capital strategy with business expansion across the Group’s regional entities, strengthening organizational performance, talent management, and culture in a competitive manufacturing landscape.
