In this pivotal role, Mohamed will lead the development and execution of HR strategies across the company, aligning people practices with business priorities to drive organizational success and talent excellence.
Before joining DEVASH Control Systems, Mohamed was associated with MTMS Global as a Human Resources Business Consultant, where he provided strategic HR advisory support to clients while also contributing as a trainer and creativity director. He also led human capital operations at Al Salem Holding for approximately two years, where he implemented robust HR frameworks and policies to support business transformation.
Earlier in his career, Mohamed served as Human Resources Lead at LMS Construction for three years, focusing on talent development and strategic workforce planning. He spent a significant part of his professional journey with Orascom Construction PLC, where he held the position of Senior Human Resources Specialist for over eight years, driving numerous HR initiatives across recruitment, development, and employee engagement.
With more than a decade of experience in human capital management and a proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals, Mohamed brings a unique blend of operational excellence and strategic insight to his new role at DEVASH.
