Cairo, Egypt, January 2026 — Mohamed Siam has taken on a new leadership role as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Juhayna Food Industries. In this capacity, he will lead the company’s commercial strategy, overseeing growth, market expansion, and brand performance across Juhayna’s diverse product portfolio.
Mohamed joins Juhayna with extensive regional and global leadership experience spanning food, FMCG, consumer goods, and industrial sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at TROFI, alongside his role as Managing Director at Trofi Kitchen, where he was responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and business scaling initiatives in Saudi Arabia.
Prior to this, Mohamed held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Halwani Brothers, where he led brand transformation, portfolio growth, and regional marketing strategy. He also served as Chief Executive Officer at Obeikan Digital Solutions, following his role as General Manager at Obeikan Paper Industries, gaining strong exposure to digital innovation, operations, and industrial leadership.
Earlier in his career, Mohamed spent over a decade with Henkel, holding multiple senior leadership roles including General Manager GCC, Regional Marketing Director, Global Marketing Director, and Regional Business Development and Media Director, where he managed multi-country operations and global brand strategies across MENAT and international markets.
With a strong blend of commercial, marketing, operational, and executive leadership experience, Mohamed brings deep strategic insight to his new role as Juhayna continues to strengthen its market leadership in Egypt and expand its regional footprint.
