Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, August 2025 – Mohammed Alarifi has stepped into a new role as Head of Talent Acquisition at اسس | OSUS, a leading innovator in mixed-use urban development in Saudi Arabia. In this strategic position, Mohammed will lead OSUS’s recruitment function, driving talent strategies aligned with the company’s expansion and urban innovation agenda inspired by Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
Prior to joining OSUS, Mohammed Alarifi served as Talent Partner at HUMAIN and simultaneously as Managing Consultant at Michael Page for over a year. In these roles, he managed the full recruitment lifecycle across sectors such as AI & ML, financial services, real estate, and more, providing executive search services to both government and private clients across Saudi Arabia.
Before that, Mohammed had an impactful 1.5-year tenure at Olayan Saudi Holding Company, where he rose from Strategic Hiring Officer to Assistant Manager – Career Management & Strategic Hiring. There, he oversaw recruitment and succession planning for over 24 operating companies, supporting sectors such as F&B, ICT, energy, and healthcare.
Earlier, he served as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Al Rajhi Takaful, where he handled end-to-end recruitment processes, including overseas hiring and sourcing for departments like cybersecurity, finance, and audit. He also contributed to employer branding and operational compliance.
Mohammed’s journey began with roles at Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) and other private companies, where he honed his skills in sourcing, interviewing, and talent scouting. His consistent growth across recruitment, talent assessment, and strategic workforce planning positions him as a key HR leader in the Saudi talent landscape.
