Thorne’s career spans over two decades, with significant contributions at companies like Brex, where he served as the Head of IT, Corporate Engineering, and Business Systems, leading the IT team through periods of rapid growth and global expansion. Prior to Brex, Thorne made substantial impacts at Pinterest as the Head of IT, where he founded the IT team and facilitated the company’s expansion and IPO. His experience also includes a tenure at Facebook as IT Infrastructure Manager, where he was responsible for a wide array of internal IT services and operations. Thorne’s early career included roles at Coyote Creek Consulting, Broadway/CAM Systems, Onset Technology, and Micron Technology, providing a solid foundation in technical operations and systems management.
