Trueman’s role at UGS marks a significant milestone in her professional journey, having previously honed her skills at Legrand, North America as a Senior Manager of Human Resources, and at HEF USA, where she led as Head of Human Resources for HEF Groupe North America. Her tenure at The Bradford Hammacher Group, where she progressed from a Manager to the Director of Human Resources, further underscores her capacity for strategic HR leadership and development. Before these roles, Trueman also made impactful contributions to Lowe’s Companies, Inc. and Concentrix, showcasing her versatile HR expertise and commitment to fostering productive workplace environments.
