India, March 2025 – Cognizant Moment has announced the appointment of Mohan Krishnaraj as the Global Head of Design, Products, and Studios. With a career spanning over 25 years in user experience (UX) and design leadership, Mohan is set to lead Moment’s strategic vision, integrating creativity, user experience, and business growth to deliver next-generation design solutions.
Prior to joining Cognizant Moment, Mohan served as Global CDO and CXO at WONGDOODY | Infosys, where he spearheaded experience design capabilities across five studios in India. His leadership was instrumental in building a user-first approach to digital experiences, scaling creative excellence, and shaping CX-led transformation strategies.
Before WONGDOODY, he spent nearly nine years at HARMAN International, where he held multiple senior roles, including Vice President & Global Head of User Experience. At HARMAN, he drove UX-led business transformation, structured human interface frameworks, and pioneered digital innovation strategies that seamlessly merged hardware and software design for global clients.
Earlier in his career, Mohan led UX practices at Wipro Technologies as Practice Head – User Experience Group, where he was responsible for developing digital brand consulting, setting usability standards, and driving large-scale design transformations across diverse geographies. His expertise in customer-centric design, omnichannel experiences, and creative strategy has earned him multiple global recognitions, including the Indian Achiever Award for Business Leadership.
