Monigle, a leading independent brand experience company, announced the appointment of Dave Middendorf as the firm’s new Executive Director of Health, Care, and Wellness.
Monigle’s elevation of Middendorf reflects the organization’s continued commitment to brand, culture, and experience work in the ever-expanding and rapidly changing world of health, care, and wellness. With the country’s leading practice in healthcare delivery brand and experience, Monigle understands how consumer needs are shifting while the industry faces new challenges and opportunities for growth. This role more formally demonstrates how Monigle will continue to invest in and expand its presence in this key space that touches hundreds of millions of peoples’ lives every single day.

Middendorf has held several senior strategy roles during his career leading innovative and transformational assignments for many of the world’s most admired brands.
For the past 7+ years, Dave has been a senior strategy leader at Monigle and a driving force behind many of the firm’s successful projects including work with clients such as Northwell Health, Quest Diagnostics, Cook Children’s, Baylor Scott & White Health, GE HealthCare, Catholic Health of Buffalo, Children’s Health of Wisconsin, IFF, Medical College of Wisconsin, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Mercy, Vail Resorts, WTW, and more.
Prior to Monigle, Dave spent 3 years as a director at FRCH, building a strategy and insights practice to enhance their core retail design offering. Additionally, he spent 7 years at Interbrand as a senior consultant where he worked across a multitude of industries for clients including P&G, FedEx, AT&T, Burger King, Dollar General, Adobe, HP.

Dave is originally from Ohio and studied Human Factors and Experimental Psychology at the University of Dayton. In his role, Dave will help lead a team that spans both Denver and New York offices, inspiring a strategy team of over 50 people, and helping lead and shape Monigle’s future and reputation as a leading brand and creative experience firm.
